Teaching the History of Music is a very difficult task. Facing the stigma that most history teachers face. Most students attribute any kind of story that boredom and repetition. That is mainly because the story feel music is an issue that mostly has a lot of theory, and have little room for practice. Thus, students are bored. Moreover, the issues are vast, and often have a lot to cover. This makes the kids get bored of going through all this.
However, this is one of the most important aspects for any type of music education. It’s just knowing the history of ancient and famous music students will be able to appreciate the modern tools of today. These tools were not created in a day – it took several centuries of modifications to give them their present form. They need to understand this, and also understand the role of technology in shaping the music.

In this case, not the quantity that matters but the quality.
